Construction Electrician 2nd Class Joshua Guerreiro, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 74 Corpus Christi Project Crew Leader, shows Chief Builder Eric Van Norman, 25th Naval Construction Regiment (25 NCR), one of the rebar frames his crew constructed during a tour of the project site. The crew of 21 Seabees is building a boat ramp on Naval Air Station Corpus Christi as a Construction Training Exercise (CTX). The project gives Seabees an opportunity to use and perfect construction skills outside of a training environment, while improving quality of life conditions at military bases nationwide.
