190317-N-TO792-186 MANILA, Philippines (March 17, 2019) - Chief Mass Communication Specialist Charles Ludwig, from Houma, La., leads a tour aboard U.S. 7th Fleet Flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) for citizens of the Quezon City barangay of Blue Ridge 'B'. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific Region.
