U.S. Army Reserve Soldier Spc. DeLawerence Gayfield, 656th Transportation Co. locates points on a map using grid coordinates in preparation for the land navigation course, here, Ft. Knox, Mar. 16 during the in the 310th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) Best Warrior Competition. The Soldiers competing completed a land navigation course with eight points. Along the way they encountered warrior tasks, designed to provide a mental challenge while concentrating on completing the course. Gayfield was recognized as the winner of the competition in the Soldier category.
