DIEGO GARCIA, British Indian Ocean Territory (March 13, 2019) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Detachment Diego Garcia, and Diego Garcia’s Public Works Department place concrete for the construction of a storage area for the Pacific Air Forces War Reserve Materiel program. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
