FORT SHAFTER FLATS, Hawaii - How many company commanders does it take to change a tire? In this case, it looks like one. Company commanders, first sergeants and other members of command teams from across the 9th Mission Support Command, the U.S. Army Reserve command of the Pacific, change tires on HMWVVs at the Fort Shafter motor pool as part of "How to BA Day," a full day of physical and mental training for company level leadership during the 2019 Pacific Pride Leaders Workshop. The command teams experienced first hand the standards expected of their Soldiers, including maintenance essentials such as Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services.
