U.S. Marine Lance Cpl. Paul J. Pronovost, a rifleman with 2nd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, 2nd Marine Division scans the terrain while conduction an area reconnaissance mission during a deployment for training, at Fort Irwin, California, March 5, 2019. The Marines of 2d Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion participated in National Training Center 19-05 as the opposing force against the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division.
