IPPS-A increases visibility for Soldiers, Commanders and HR Professionals across the Total Force. Starting in Release 2, Soldiers can access their records from their personal computers, tablets and mobile phones. In addition, HR Professionals and Commanders can view vacancies in their unit and better align Soldiers to openings based on their knowledge, skills and abilities.
