1903014-N-MD802-2359 CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. (Mar. 14, 2019) Marines assigned to Combat Logistics Regiment 1, and Seabees assigned to Coastal Riverine Group 1 and Construction Battalion Maintenance Unit 303, pass out food trays at the expeditionary kitchen facility on a simulated naval base on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California as part of Exercise Pacific Blitz (PacBlitz19). Working hand-in-hand, the Marine Logistics Group and Navy expeditionary force capabilities complement each other in the building of advanced naval bases. PacBlitz19 provides relevant training that replicates a realistic maritime threat environment designed to improve naval amphibious core competencies necessary for effective, global crisis response expected of the Navy and Marine Corps.
