George Piccardi, a civilian contractor from Diamond Bar, Calif., and Camp Clark dining facility head chef, explains the rules for the door prize raffle he arranged during the Super Bowl party he threw at the DFAC, Feb. 6. Piccardi bought dozens of items, including many signed NFL jerseys and helmets, and even a signed photograph of Madonna, to give away as door prizes during each commercial break. The party started at 2 a.m. and ended at about 7:30 a.m.
