U.S. Navy Construction Electrician Constructionman Francis Vinoya, assigned to Navy Mobile Construction Unit 5 (NMCB-5), participates in an expeditionary rapid airfield damage repair (ExR-ADR) exercise in support of Exercise Pacific Blitz 2019 (PacBlitz19) on Vandenberg Air Force Base, California. The Ex-RADR exercise tests NMCB-5s ability to assess and repair runways enabling continued support to Navy and Marine Corps operations. PacBlitz19 is a scenario-based field training exercise that represents a wide range of U.S. Navy and Marine Corps operations and enhances their capabilities.
