United Arab Emirates Staff Maj. Gen. Ali AL-KAABI, Senior Military adviser to UAE Crown Prince, and his staff presented Maj. Gen. Robert E. Livingston Jr., Adjutant General of South Carolina, with a memento during their visit. AL-KAABI visited Army and Air National Guard installations around Columbia, S.C., Feb. 3, 2012. AL-KAABI traveled to South Carolina on behalf of the Crown Prince’s interest in establishing a military force in U.A.E. similar to the National Guard.
