Col. Daniel Roesch, 36th Contingency Response Group commander, and Lt. Col Aaron Lane, 36th Contingency Response Squadron commander, unfurl the new 36th CRS guidon during the squadron's redesignation ceremony March 29, 2019, at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The historic ceremony aligns the 36th CRS to the other five active duty Contingency Response Squadrons and reflects the actual mission, opposed to strictly mobility. Over the last 16 years, the squadron has supported 12 major humanitarian disasters throughout the Pacific. (U.S. Air Force photo by Master Sgt. JT May III)
