ATLANTIC OCEAN (March 28, 2019) - Logistics Specialist 2nd Class Jamil Brassier, from Marseille, France, and Logistics Specialist 2nd Class Kevin Amador, from Los Angeles, California, man a 0.50-caliber machine gun as members of the small caliber action team aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Carney (DDG64), March 28, 2019. Carney, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is on its sixth patrol in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations in support of regional allies and partners as well as U.S. national security interests in Europe and Africa.
