Navy Medicine West (NMW) Command Master Chief Loren Rucker and Chief Hospital Corpsman Noghayin Idele cut the birthday cake for the Chief Petty Officer’s 126th birthday during an all hands call at regional headquarters onboard Naval Base San Diego. NMW provides medical care to nearly 700,000 beneficiaries throughout the West Coast of the U.S., Asia, and the Pacific.
