Flight deck personnel aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Pinckney prepare pallets to be lifted from the flight deck with an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter from the Eightballers of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 8, attached to the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis. Pinckney is a part of the John C. Stennis Carrier Strike Group and is operating in the 7th Fleet area of responsibility conducting maritime security operations.
