An MH-60R Sea Hawk, assigned to Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 71, approaches the flight deck of the guided-missile destroyer USS Spruance (DDG 111) for recovery while transiting the Strait of Hormuz in formation with the aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74), middle, the dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Charles Drew (T-AKE 10), and the guided-missile cruiser USS Mobile Bay (CG 53), March 23, 2019. The John C.
