Army Reserve Chief, Lt. Gen. Jack C. Stultz, speaks about the need and success of the Amy Strong Community Centers. This is the grand opening of the fourth center at Clackamas Community College in Oregon City, Ore., near Portland, Ore. The Army Strong Community Center connects those geographically dispersed families with support resources in their own community. The center is an information and referral office dedicated to assisting and supporting service members, retirees, veterans, and family members for all branches of the military, active and reserve.
