Wade Woolfrey, the National Ground Intelligence Center’s enterprise operations adviser, meets with the project-delivery team during his April 5 visit to Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers headquarters at the Waterfield Building on Fort Norfolk, Virginia. The two sides discussed progress toward a multistory parking garage and 80,000-square-foot building addition at Fort Belvoir’s Rivanna Station in Charlottesville. The district’s project-delivery team achieved 65 percent design completion at the end of March. A construction award is scheduled for fiscal year 2020. (U.S. Army photo/Vince Little)
