The Marine Corps Recruiting Command partners with organizations like WBCA to invest in a diverse and representative community that will help generate and sustain a future force that has the cultural expertise, language skill sets and a variety of philosophies needed to meet the operational requirements of the Marine Corps. The WBCA’s mission is to promote women’s basketball by unifying coaches at all levels to develop a reputable identity for the sport and to foster and promote the development of the game of basketball as a sport for women and girls.
