Gentle Hands is a child and youth welfare agency on the front lines of rescue and rehabilitation of the medical, social, psychological and educational needs of at-risk children and youth. Exercise Balikatan, in its 35th iteration, is an annual U.S.-Philippine military exercise focused on a variety of missions, including humanitarian civic assistance, combined arms training and subject matter expert exchanges.
