U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Nicholas Cacho participates in a dance with other Airmen and students at San Pablo Elementary School, San Pablo, Bataan, Philippines, during a community relations event as a part of Exercise Balikatan, April 6, 2019. This community relations event was coordinated by the combined efforts of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, U.S. forces, and the Australian Defence Force as part of Balikatan 2019. Balikatan is an annual military training exercise hosted by the Philippines between the AFP and U.S. military designed to continue U.S. and Philippine defense readiness while strengthening multinational relationships.
