U.S. Navy Constructionman Jose Valdez, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 5, levels the ground with his shovel Jan. 16 to allow wooden concrete forms to sit evenly when set in place at Ali Oune, Djibouti, in support of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa. The Seabees are on site to help build a new women’s maternity center for the citizens of Ali Oune.
