CAMP TITIN, Jordan (April 6, 2019) U.S. Marine Cpl. Sergio V. Dilkes, a designated marksman with 5th Platoon, Charlie Company, Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team, Central Command (FASTCENT), fires the M110 Semi-Automatic Sniper System during live-fire range operations. “Being a designated marksman is great because there is absolutely no better feeling than hearing steel ping six or seven hundred meters out,” said Dilkes . FASTCENT provides expeditionary antiterrorism and security forces to embassies, consulates and other vital national assets throughout the region. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Sgt. Aaron S.
