HONOLULU, Hawaii (April 8, 2019) – A room full of Radford High School Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps, or JROTC, cadets, listen intently as Eureca Magbaleta, Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC) for Pacific Ocean Division (POD) delivers sexual assault awareness training. Magbaleta has launched a campaign outreach aimed at early intervention to combat sexual assault. She hopes to empower youth to act and recognize “what right looks like”.
