190405-N-IK959-6534 COLUMBUS, Ohio – Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) midshipmen battle in a King’s Circle match in the Adventure Recreation Center (ARC) at The Ohio State University. Similar to a Japanese Sumo match, King’s Circle is fought in a large rope circle and competitors try to push each other out of the circle. However, the entrants also have to wear a very large inflated bubble, like a beach ball, that fits over each player’s head down to their waist. More than 300 NROTC student competitors and staff members from eight Midwest universities traveled to Ohio State to participate in the 2nd Annual Buckeye NROTC Invitational. (U. S.
