This community relations event was orchestrated by the combined efforts of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, U.S. forces, and the Australian Defence Force. Balikatan is an annual military training exercise hosted by the Philippines between the AFP and U.S. military designed to build U.S. and Philippine defense readiness while strengthening multinational relationships.
