Combat Arms instructors with the 509th Security Forces Squadron help Airmen zero their iron sights and M68 Close Combat Optics to prepare them to qualify with the M-4 Carbine on April 1, 2019, at the 509th SFS shooting range at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri. Throughout the zeroing and qualifying, the Airmen switched between using the back-up iron sights and the M68 CCO so they could be competent and confident with using either one.
