A British airman (left) and 1st Lt. Xzavior Hill, 100th Civil Engineer Squadron, traverse a rope bridge as part of the Ultimate Challenge 2 activity of Leadership, Ethos and Air Power Day at RAF Marham Nov. 9, 2009. About 40 airmen from RAFs Mildenhall and Lakenheath participated in the leadership building opportunities with their British counterparts. The event is normally hosted three times a year for RAF troops. The overall goal is to foster team building and teach effective leadership techniques.
