The 564th Quartermaster Company is activated during a ceremony on April 11 held at Wilson Fitness Center on Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington. The company is the fifth of its kind across the Army and it forms part of the Army Force Design Update, which consolidates culinary specialist and field feeding equipment into company teams.
