Gen. David Petraeus, commanding general of Multi-National Force-Iraq, greets Capt. Bob Gordon, a resident of Colorado Springs, Colo., and commander for Company A, Special Troops Battalion, 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, based out of Fort Carson, Colo., Aug. 6. Petraeus was making his second visit to Forward Operating Base Loyalty, on Baghdad's east side, and received an operational brief, handed out coins to deserving Soldiers and met with seven other company commanders for dinner.
