Staff Sgt. Shalanda Banks, Victor Company, 262nd Quartermaster Battalion, was inducted into the Fort Lee Sergeant Audie Murphy Club April 5. Only two percent of noncommissioned officers are SAMC members. Murphy is one of the Army's most decorated Soldiers, having earned a Medal of Honor during World War II among other awards.
