Warm and Dry is a Transit Center at Manas humanitarian assistance project which provides blankets and coats to "at-risk" populations of Kyrgyzstan. Pogrebnyak is a host-nation liaison with the 376th Air Expeditionary Wing deployed from Creech Air Force Base, Nev. Reimers is a South Central Asia for humanitarian assistance contracting officer with U.S. Central Command deployed to the Transit Center from Hill Air Force Base, Utah.
