Participants of ACI's 9th National Conference on Microgrids toured the Otis Microgrid on April 16, 2019 at Joint Base Cape Cod.
The Otis Microgrid is the DoD's first wind powered microgrid which provides energy resiliency for the 102nd Intelligence Wing's 24/7 Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance missions. It's also the first microgrid to provide a cyber-secure connection to the regional power grid.
