(Left) Trevor Hyland, Charles MacNeil, Lonnie Marney, Jeffery Avary, and Jose Carcares, all police officers with the Marine Corps Police Department aboard Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, California, hold their trophies for the best team shooting during the Local Law Enforcement Competition Shoot held April 5 at the Barstow Police Department shooting range. The victory is the fourth straight win for the MCPD. MacNeil also won the Dueling Tree competition where shooters had to shoot over metal targets attached to a frame before their opponents.
