Seabees, assigned to Naval Construction Mobile Battalion (NCMB 23), embarked aboard High Speed Vessel (HSV 2) Swift, and members of the Indonesian Military Engineering Contingent (INDOENGCOY), pour concrete that will form a slab platform, at the Dispensaire De Caracol, in Caracol, Haiti, Feb. 20, 2012. NMCB 23 and the Indonesian Engineers are working at the dispensaire as part of a subject matter expert exchange for community service projects in the area. NMCB-23 is supporting HSV-Southern Partnership Station 2012, a deployment of U.S naval assets in the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
