Crew chiefs from the 7th Aircraft Maintenance Unit tow an F-22 Raptor Feb. 17. To ensure all of Holloman’s F-22s are operationally ready at a moment’s notice, 7th AMU crew chiefs routinely work 12 or more hour shifts fixing, maintaining or prepping the aircraft.
