Tech Sgt. John Foster demonstrates firing his M4A1 while moving tactically during "Shoot, Move, Communicate" training course, Feb. 16, Joint Base Charleston - Air Base, S.C. The training teaches airmen to react to a hostile shooter by using cover and effective communication to maneuver and engage the target. Foster is the non-commissioned officer in charge of training from the 628th Security Forces Squadron.
