190423-N-DS193-037 HONG KONG (April 23, 2019) - Blue Ridge and 7th Fleet Medical Department Sailors assigned to U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) listen as Infectious Disease Center Ward Manager Mr. K. F. Pun discusses the medical treatment of patients during a tour of the Princess Margaret Hospital Infectious Disease Center. The tour was conducted in order for U.S. personnel to engage with Hong Kong Hospital Authority leaders and tour medical facilities in order to strengthen relationships within the Indo-Pacific region. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific Region.
