    190417-N-CL765-1016 U.S. 5TH FLEET AREA OF OPERATIONS (April 17, 2019) Aviation Structural Mechanic 2nd Class Taylor Hall, attached to Patrol Squadron (VP) 40, removes a bolt from the bomb bay doors of a P-3C Orion as part of a rigging and adjustment evolution. VP-40 is deployed to the U.S. 5th and 7th Fleet areas of operations in support of naval operations to ensure maritime stability and security. VP-40 is the last active-duty squadron to fly the P-3C Orion aircraft and after this deployment will transition to the P-8 Poseidon.
