The Traveling Vietnam Memorial Wall arrived at Camp Mabry in Austin, Texas for the annual Texas Military Department Open House. Members of the Texas National Guard Joint Counterdrug Task Force and Joint Forces Haedquarters joined in to resurect the wall and then paid their respects to those that gave their lives in the field of battle during the Vietnam War. Service members during that conflict were not as recognized or welcomed as the support given today, so honoring those Soldiers, Marines, Seamen and Airmen killed in action is a must.
