Local citizens gather to receive bags of rice and bottles of water being distributed by soldiers of 2nd Battalion, 1st Brigade, 5th Iraqi Army Division, in Baqubah, Iraq, Aug. 5. Since Operation Arrowhead Ripper began July 19, Iraqi and U.S. Soldiers have distributed more than 314,000 kilograms (628,000 pounds) of rice and 315,000 kilograms (693,000 pounds) of flour.
