Eisenhower, presents an "I Like Ike" pin to U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 4 Phillip Brashear during a Black History Month celebration. Brashear, son of the late Master Chief Boatswain's Mate and Master Diver Carl Brashear, was the guest speaker for the ceremony.
