U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Douglas Martin, left, and Staff Sgt. The PDC is Air Force Reserve Command's premier aerial port competition created to promote professionalism, demonstrate global mission capabilities and help identify best practices to improve wartime readiness. Martin and Flores are both air transportation specialists with the 436th Aerial Port Squadron, an active-duty Air Force unit out of Dover Air Force Base, Delaware.
