Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 23, embarked aboard High Speed Vessel Swift, and U.N. soldiers from the Indonesian Military Engineering Contingent load building supplies onto a truck at the National School of Caracol. NMCB-23 and the Indonesian engineers are replacing a roof at the school as part of a subject matter expert exchange. NMCB-23 is supporting HSV-Southern Partnership Station 2012, a deployment of U.S naval assets in the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
