International students attending the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School's International Tactical Communication Course at the John C. The five-week course is desinged to provide personnel with specialized training in tactical voice, data communications and basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
NAVSCIATTS is a Security Cooperation training command operating under U.S. Special Operations Command in support of Security Force Assistance and Geographic Combatant Commanders' Theater Security Cooperation priorities. The Naval Special Warfare command has the ability to meet emergent requirements from operational commanders and its training engagement help develop, shape, and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key partner nations.
