Master Sergeant Darren Bange, of “The President’s Own” United States Marine Band, performs a solo during a performance with the North County High School Jazz Band from Glen Burnie, Maryland. The Jazz Band was under the direction of Band Director Theresa Bange, and performed for an audience aboard the decommissioned Iowa-Class Battleship USS Wisconsin (BB-64). The performance was in conjunction with the Norfolk NATO Festival, which is hosted in Norfolk in conjunction with the Virginia International Tattoo and the Virginia Arts Festival.
