The Cap Hatien port security men, pull their boat to the side of the pier near High Speed Vessel Swift and receive Meals Ready to Eat, that are often given to U.S. service members on duty during deployments. The Haitian port security is working with U.S. service members, embarked on Swift as a part of HSV-Southern Partnership Station 2012. HSV-SPS is an annual deployment of U.S. Navy ships and assets to the U.S. Southern Commands area of responsibility in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
