Seabees, assigned to Naval Construction Mobile Battalion, embarked aboard High Speed Vessel Swift and U.N. soldiers from the Indonesian Military Engineering Contingent, conduct a safety briefing before starting work at the Dispensaire De Caracol, in Caracol, Haiti, Feb. 17, 2012. NMCB-23 and the Indonesian Engineers are working at the dispensaire as part of a subject matter expert exchange to refurbish the dispensaire and a school in the area. NMCB-23 is supporting HSV-Southern Partnership Station 2012, a deployment of U.S naval assets in the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
