Marines with Combat Logistics Battalion 4 board a C-17 Globemaster III cargo aircraft in preparation to depart for Afghanistan here Feb. 9. The Okinawa based Marines deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. CLB-4, a part of Combat Logistics Regiment 3, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force, will fall under 1st Marine Logistics Group (Forward), for the remainder of their deployment.
