U.S. Marine Corps Master Gunnery Sgt. Andrew T. Yellope shows his appreciation to his daughter during his retirement ceremony on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, April 26, 2019. Yellope enlisted into the U.S. Marine Corps June 15, 1998, and served 21 faithful years in which he fulfilled his duties as a rifleman, an assistant detachment commander, the platoon commander of a combined anti-armor team platoon, and several more billets.
